2. Use of the Site
You agree to use ComicsPanda only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content without our written permission.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Use automated means to artificially inflate view counts or upvotes.
- Post content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
3. Publisher Programme
By registering as a publisher you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if applicable in your jurisdiction).
As a publisher you may submit stories and content for publication. All submitted content is subject to editorial review before it goes live. We reserve the right to:
- Reject any submission that does not meet our content standards.
- Edit submitted titles or excerpts for clarity without altering the substance.
- Remove published content that is subsequently found to violate these terms.
Publisher accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
4. Content Standards
All submitted content must:
- Be original or properly attributed with permission from the original creator.
- Be family-friendly and appropriate for a general audience.
- Not contain nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or discrimination.
- Not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements.
- Not promote illegal activities or harmful products.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for content that exploits or harms children. Such content will be immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
By submitting content to ComicsPanda, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and associated social media channels.
You retain full ownership of your submitted content. You confirm that you have the right to grant the above licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
ComicsPanda's logo, branding, and original content are the intellectual property of ComicsPanda and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Earnings & Payments
Publishers earn a CPM (cost per 1,000 views) rate on approved, published stories. The CPM rate is set by ComicsPanda and may be updated from time to time with notice.
- Earnings are calculated based on legitimate, non-fraudulent page views as measured by our analytics systems.
- Artificially inflating view counts (e.g. using bots, click farms, or self-clicking) will result in account termination and forfeiture of any earnings.
- Minimum payout thresholds and payment schedules will be communicated to active publishers.
- ComicsPanda reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your publisher account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@comicspanda.com. Upon deletion, your published stories may remain on the site unless you specifically request their removal.
8. Disclaimer
ComicsPanda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of user-submitted content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ComicsPanda and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
